  2. We will come out to look at your home, take some pictures of the areas you want to remodel and listen to what you want to accomplish with the work.
  3. We will then bring you an estimate and review the "Scope of Work" with you to make sure we understand what you want done and how you want it done.
  4. We then agree to the work and we schedule the start date.
  5. If you quality, you will receive on of the free appliances in this promotion.
  6. It's that simple!

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Customer must legally execute a contract with Nanco Construction, LLC for remodeling and construction services for a minimum of $25,000.00 for Level 1 award and $35,000 for Level 2 award, no later than October 31, 2008.

2. Kitchen remodel for the purposes of this promotion is defined as follows - any combination of new cabinets, new counter top, new appliances, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, etc. at a legally owned property at or above any of the minimum contract limits as outlined in 1 above.

3. If you qualify for one of the gifts above, but don’t want or need them, we will gladly apply a credit for the value of the free unopened box and uninstalled item toward other products or services as outlined in our contract. The credit value of each item is as follows:  KitchenAid disposer, model # KCDS100T, credit value $250.00, KitchenAid Instant-hot water dispenser (model # KHWC160PSS), credit value $270.00, Bosch Evolution Stainless Steel Dishwasher (mod# SHE45M05), credit value $475.00, Franke 28” Fireclay Apron Front “Farm House” Sink (mod# MHK110-28W) Credit Value $560.00.  Nanco Construction Company, LLC will not offer any cash value for the items.

4. Installation is not free, only the item itself is free.  The customer is responsible for the cost of installation for each Free item.

5. This offer can only be combined with other offers from Nanco Construction, LLC.  Also, the total amount of the contract could entitle the customer to more than one free gift.  Examples: a remodel of over $60,000 would qualify for one Level 1 gift and one Level 2 gift, or a remodel of over $70,000 will qualify the customer for two Level 2 gifts!

6. Free gift will be awarded to the customer only upon the final payment of the balance of the contract price plus any change orders.

7. This promotion will end on October 31, 2008.
